I AM Michaela Wieandt,
YOUR NEW COACH!
I was born in Bremerhaven and grew up there. After graduating from high school, I followed my passion at that time and studied political science, history and sociology in Göttingen.
During my studies I discovered how much I enjoy working with people: I supported fellow students specifically with coaching and training, as well as motivation, patience and empathy in their final phase. That's where it started.
After graduating, I tried my hand as a scientist - and at the same time accompanied students and future graduates as a motivational speaker. I really enjoyed preparing them for degrees and exams.
Since 2023 I have bee leading the college at Leuphana University of Lueneburg. Before I worked full-time as a career advisor at the ESCP Business School (during this time I also completed my doctorate). I have gained a lot of experience here, which enriches my work as a career advisor and coach. I coach and advise bachelor and master students as well as experienced MBA students and managers.Among other things, I work as a coach in the Helmholtz Gesellschaft's young talent programme and as an executive coach at ESCP Business School.
I enjoy giving seminars and trainings on all topics related to career and development (e.g. at the Design Academy Berlin (now SRH Hochschule), HU Berlin, TU Berlin, ESCP Business School and Hertie School of Governance). I also moderate events, give talks and enthusiastically coach clients outside the university world.
In 2020, I completed training as a coach and additionally trained as a Wingwave coach in 2021. I have been a certified MBTI coach and trainer since 2022.
Horses are my great passion. I relax doing yoga or reading.

As a coach, I focus on the client's concerns. Upon request, I can switch to the role of a consultant, but in coaching clients have the keys to solving their problems.
Important basic attitudes for me are among others

- Body and mind influence each other.
- There is no failure, there is only feedback.
