The wing wave® method is performance and emotion coaching. It leads quickly and sustainably to the

  • Reduction of performance stress and

  • to increase creativity, mental fitness and conflict stability.

I direct my clients' gaze horizontally back and forth with quick hand movements. These eye movements generate "wakeful" REM phases (Rapid Eye Movement) that are otherwise only passed through during nighttime dream sleep.

These waking REM phases trigger stress-relieving reactions in various areas of the brain (proven by brain research).

As an alternative to hand movements, I sometimes also work with bilateral tones or light tapping techniques that are called “tapping”.

I use wing wave ® as a tool that I specifically combine with other interventions. Here, too, I work with goals, discussions and success monitoring.

Regulation of performance stress

(PSI - Performance Stress Imprinting)

Stress can be effectively balanced with the wing wave® method. Frequent fields of application:  Conflicts in the business and work environment (superiors, colleagues, in a team), physical stress, e.g. fear of flying or heights, stage fright situations.

Clients experience a rapid increase in inner balance. You feel calm, full of energy and strong in conflict again.

Resource coaching

In resource coaching, we tackle your success topics together - increasing creativity, working on self-image, charisma and self-motivation. Together we solve blockages and prepare you mentally for top performance through target visualization, e.g. appearances, competitions, presentations, stressful conversations, interviews or customer appointments. 

Belief coaching - working on beliefs

Negative beliefs often act like blockages that limit our performance. With wing wave® these beliefs are made aware - and in strengthening "resource beliefs"  converted. This creates a stabilizing basis for personal beliefs that you can use in  supports mental stress and demanding situations - and opens up new options for you to act.
