It is difficult to find happiness in us and it is quite impossible to find it anywhere else. (Nicolas Chamfort)
Coaching is a process and the aim is for clients to improve their own perception of experience and behavior.
You as a client already have the ability to solve your problem - I, as a coach, help you to recognize or bring it out- scientifally founded.
Coaching topics and questions are as diverse as clients.
What questions do you bring to the coaching session?
The most exciting trip is the trip to yourself. Everything else is substitute travel. (Ute Lauterbach)

Our life is the product of our thoughts. (Marcus Aurelius)
Coaching METHODS
As a certified personal and business coach and Wingwave-Coach, I have an extensive repertoire of methods and tools.
I use these in a targeted manner in coaching (e.g. solution-oriented interview and questioning techniques, strength finding and analysis, value work, techniques of dissociation or wingwave) - of course in consultation with you.
If you want to move the world, you should move yourself first. (Socrates)
COACHING PROCESS
I will accompany you calmly and professionally in the coaching process. I provide a framework in which you can feel safe and open.
You set yourself clear goals and achieve them step by step.
Together we strengthen your strengths.
This is how coaching works for me:
After a preliminary discussion, we will address your issues (from a private or professional environment) directly in an initial appointment.
First we clarify your coaching topics, determine the coaching assignment and define the goal of today's session. At the end of the session you will know how far you have achieved your goal. From my repertoire of methods, I then select the method that is best suited to your topic and we begin with the change work.
Afterwards we will discuss your next steps and how you can implement what you have learned in everyday life.
